Welcome to Grainline. By accessing our website, purchasing products, booking studio time, or registering for programming, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. General Conditions

Grainline reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product, service, pricing, or offering without prior notice.

All descriptions of products and pricing are subject to change at our sole discretion.

2. Products and Services

Grainline offers:

Artisan garments and goods
Consignment merchandise
Studio rentals and memberships
Workshops and educational programming

Certain products may be available exclusively online or in limited quantities. We make every effort to accurately display colors, materials, and descriptions, but we do not guarantee that your device’s display accurately reflects the product.

We reserve the right to limit sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing, product descriptions, or availability at any time without prior notice, including after an order has been submitted.

Payment must be received in full before products are shipped or studio access is granted.

4. Consignment Products

Certain products are sold on behalf of independent designers under consignment agreements. These items may be subject to designer specific policies, including return restrictions.

Grainline acts as a sales intermediary for consignment items and is not the manufacturer of those goods.

5. Studio Use and Memberships

Use of Grainline’s workroom and equipment is at your own risk.

By booking studio time or purchasing a membership, you acknowledge:

You have received appropriate safety orientation
You are responsible for operating equipment safely
Grainline is not liable for personal injury, damage to personal property, or misuse of equipment

All participants may be required to sign a liability waiver prior to using the space.

Grainline reserves the right to revoke studio access at any time for unsafe conduct, misuse of equipment, or violation of policies.

6. Workshops and Programming

Workshop registrations are non refundable unless otherwise stated.

Grainline reserves the right to cancel or reschedule programming due to low enrollment, instructor availability, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be offered rescheduling or refund options.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, imagery, branding, graphics, and design, is the property of Grainline and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.
